Licensed Professional Counselor & Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I am located in Dallas/Fort Worth and working with clients throughout Texas virtually.

My focus as a counselor is in helping adults and young adults individuate from their families of origin.

Families with patterns of codependency and enmeshment are quite common. Closeness can sometimes feel suffocating, and some families don’t support individuality, even when their children are grown. Nowadays, some wonder if going “no contact” with their family is the solution. I’d love to offer an alternative, where relationships can be maintained with the help of boundaries and open communication. Some of these patterns may be showing up in your romantic relationships as well - let's untangle it!

I also found a specialization in ADHD while working with adolescents and children, and now I help adults find their best ADHD life. If you’re an adult with ADHD, you might have thought you were going to “grow out of it.” While hyperactivity diminishes with age, ADHD, for most, continues to manifest in adult life. Perhaps you were only diagnosed in adulthood, after “hitting a wall." While medication for ADHD is a huge help, therapy for ADHD helps you work on your self-esteem, habits, and lifestyle, in order to make the most of your unique brain.

I believe healing is quicker when done in relationships. If you’re wanting to incorporate your partner or family members in your therapy journey, I provide couples counseling and family therapy for adults.

I love learning about all forms of spiritualities, religions, philosophies, and atheisms. If you are looking for a therapist open to alternative paths, I offer an existential approach that focuses on healthy beliefs, life purpose, and authentic living. I studied Spiritual Psychology at Columbia University, and believe that spirituality is a key source of life satisfaction, meaning, and wellness. It can also be a source of pain, trauma, and confusion, when mixed with coercive groups and practices.

My hobbies include perfumery, gaming, collecting, reality TV, and music. My favorite artists include Brand New and Bright Eyes.
