WILL INSURANCE COVER OUR SESSIONS?
I am not currently accepting insurance. I am able to provide a Superbill for our sessions for you to bring to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
$125 for a 50-minute individual session.
$150 for a 50-minute couple/family session.
$175 for an 80-minute couple/family session.

First sessions will always be 50 minutes - we can schedule subsequent longer sessions when appropriate.

Sliding scale options based on financial need are available.

CAN WE STILL DO FAMILY/COUPLE THERAPY IF WE DON'T LIVE TOGETHER?
Yes! We will be meeting virtually using video conferencing. If you and your loved ones do not live together, you can each join the video call from your residence.
It is preferable for couples/families to be in the same room for sessions, but it is not always possible. I am unable to see clients residing outside of Texas at this time.
WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE IT TO MY SESSION?
Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee of half your session payment. Emergency cancellations will be considered. If you are attending couples or family therapy, and one individual can still attend, this can be done on a case-by-case basis.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am based out of North Richland Hills, Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth).
I am licensed in the state of Texas and able to see clients throughout the state virtually.
I am not accepting clients outside of Texas at this time.
DO YOU SEE ADOLESCENTS?
I am not currently providing counseling for adolescents/children due to the nature of virtual therapy. My family therapy services are focused on adult children, parents, and siblings. If my offerings change, my website will be updated to reflect that!
DO YOU WORK WITH LGBT+ CLIENTS/COUPLES?
Yes! For some couples/individuals, orientation/gender identity will be a central topic in therapy, in terms of exploration, relationship norms, or being accepted. Sometimes it has little to do with why you are seeking therapy! It can be as much of a focus as you would like it to be.
DO YOU OFFER CHRISTIAN OR BIBLICAL COUNSELING?
No - I do offer individual therapy for spiritual/existential concerns, and am open to clients of all belief systems, including Christianity! My sessions will be focused on exploring how your unique beliefs (or lack thereof!) can enrich your mental health. If you are specifically seeking Christian/Biblical counseling, I can provide referrals.
